Over the last decade, I have honed my skills as a passionate community-based researcher, senior policy advisor, organizational consultant, and communications professional.
I have served as an embodied educator, certified teacher, group facilitator, and project manager with diverse individuals and organizations, which has given me a breadth of knowledge and insight into the work that I now offer clients.

As a certified and experienced educator, speaker, and workshop facilitator, I strive to make my offerings engaging, light-hearted, creative, and attuned to the diverse needs of the many groups I work with. I have been a member of instructional teams at the post-secondary level for seven years and worked at the elementary and secondary levels both inside and outside the traditional classroom setting.
I have developed skill in translating experiential research into practice in the realms of sustainability, spirituality, and solidarity, and have extensive lived experience in transformational learning, trauma and grief recovery, relational healing, and critical pedagogy. In my speaking and teaching work, I endeavour to co-create knowledge in accountability, trauma-informed wellness, healing with and within place, and Indigenous-settler relationship renewal.
